MERCY & GRACE
Mercy and grace reveal the depth of God’s love for us. His mercy withholds the judgment we deserve, while His grace freely gives forgiveness, strength, and new life. Together, they remind us that our failures do not have the final word and that God is always ready to restore those who turn to Him.
“Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.”
— Hebrews 4:16 KJV

Mercy heals and comforts. It’s our call as believers to embody this virtue.
Grace is defined as God's unmerited favor and kindness.
God's grace is not just for salvation but also for empowerment.
Mercy Heals
God’s mercy meets us in our pain with compassion rather than condemnation. It brings comfort to wounded hearts, helps us release shame and regret, and reminds us that healing is possible through His faithful love.
Grace Defined
Grace is God’s unmerited favor and loving kindness toward us. It is not something we earn through our own efforts; it is freely given through His love. Grace meets us in our weakness, forgives our failures, and gives us the strength to grow, endure, and walk faithfully with God.
Emotions are a gift
Emotions are a gift from God, helping us recognize what is happening within our hearts and how we are responding to the world around us. When guided by Scripture and the Holy Spirit, our emotions can lead us toward greater understanding, healing, wisdom, and deeper trust in God.
